What kind of feedback can I give?
In short- any kind of feedback is valuable to us!
Our teams are working to continuously improve our platform to suit the needs of users like yourself. We encourage users to submit any feedback or ideas they have, big or small!
Feedback could be:
Big: A brand new tool that you want in the platform
Medium: Expanded capabilities on an existing tool Dig One offers
Small: improvements to a tool or the platform that would enhance your experience
General feedback: don't have a concrete solution but want to share your input? We will share it with our team who can evaluate how to action it!
Submitting a feature request via widget
The most efficient way to submit your commentary is through our Feedback button in the chat widget.
When logged in to the Dig One platform, navigate to the bottom right corner of the screen and click on the '?'.
Select 'Submit Feedback' from the pop up menu:
A feedback modal will pop up where you can enter your feature request or feedback in plain text:
Once you have finished typing out your commentary, select 'Submit'. Your feedback will be shared directly to our team.
Note: A member of our team may reach out with some followup questions to get more detail about your request.
