What is research coaching?
Research coaching helps your team complete a self-serve project. It’s especially helpful for new users and for teams looking to use Dig One for new use cases.
Research coaching is an add-on to self-service, meaning you stay in control of your project in the Dig One platform, while also getting access to a Research expert’s recommendations as you work.
Two ways to get coaching support
Option 1: Fully coached, structured engagement (3 sessions)
A guided engagement with a Research expert across three structured sessions. You share your screen in all three sessions, and we work with you step-by-step through build, launch, and results review.
Session 1: Let’s Build!
In this session, a Research Solutions expert will get you started in the right direction by co-authoring the first draft of your project. With you sharing your screen, we’ll work together directly in Dig One to:
· Create a draft survey and audience for the study
Review ideas/concepts that will be tested
Ensure you have a strong basis of understanding around platform navigation and functionality
Session 2: Let’s Launch!
In this session, you share your screen for a guided walk-through. Our Research expert will help you validate your setup in real time, answer questions, and ensure you’re ready to launch confidently. With you sharing your screen, our Research expert will:
Preview the study to ensure it is set up optimally
Answer any questions and gather feedback from you
Ensure the data gathered will answer research objectives
Explain how to launch your research study
Session 3: Let’s Review!
In this session, you share your screen, and a Research expert leads a guided review of your results - supporting interpretation and connecting outcomes back to your objectives and hypotheses. Together, you will review:
A results walk-through and interpretation and analysis of all dashboard outputs
Potential next steps
Final regroup on study objectives and results compared to initial hypotheses
Option 2: Flexible coaching (on-demand)
If you don’t need a scheduled three-session engagement, flexible coaching hours let you bring in a Research expert as questions come up - so you can get answers at any stage of your research project, from early planning and build, through launch, to results interpretation and next steps.
This option is designed to support self-serve completion and help teams expand Dig One into new use cases.
