Updated this week

We’re excited to announce that OneCliq is officially integrated into Upsiide. With this update, you can now access social data, generate reports, and explore multiple sources of insight all within the platform.

What You Can Expect

Think of OneCliq as a digital qual assistant. This tool scans thousands of online conversations in your category and shows you what matters most: the themes, emotions, and drivers behind those conversations.

  • Social Reports in Platform
Run social reports directly in Upsiide to uncover trending topics, consumer conversations, and authentic language in real time.

  • Generate, Modify, and Interpret Reports Seamlessly
Create and refine your reports without leaving the platform. Move from raw data to polished outputs quickly and easily.

  • Explore Social Data with Upsiide Studies
Pair structured survey results with organic social conversations to build a more holistic picture of consumer behavior and preferences.

Why It Matters

Unlike traditional social listening that only classifies conversations into fixed buckets (e.g. positive, negative, neutral), providing narrow insights, OneCliq delivers richer context by surfacing the why behind the conversations.

Use OneCliq to:

  • Contextualize insights by adding cultural depth to ideas tested in Upsiide

  • Better understand the language consumers use- tapping into organic commentary around categories, products, and trends, and therefore write surveys that are more engaging

  • Recognize consumer pain points and help you develop better innovations

  • Identify additional research objectives- refine you research process as you uncover a deeper understanding of consumers

What You Should Know

This is the first step in the OneCliq journey within Upsiide. We’ll continue expanding features and refining functionality in future updates. For now, you can begin exploring social data alongside your Upsiide studies to unlock deeper, more actionable insights.
