*Only Account Admins can view and update credit card information directly within the Upsiide platform*

  • Navigate to the User Menu (your initials) located at your screen's top right and select Account Settings.

  • Within the submenu, select Billing.

  • Click the Update button to update your credit card information securely.


Adding a credit card to your Upsiide account

You can add a credit card to your account to pay for sample costs.

  • The credit card will only be charged once the audience is complete.

  • There is no invoice that will be sent for credit card payments.

Credit cards that are accepted include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover & Diners

  • China UnionPay

  • Japan Credit Bureau

  • Cartes Bancaires

  • Interac

**You must be an Account Admin to add a credit card to your Upsiide account**

  1. Click on ‘Account Settings’ under the user icon menu in the top right corner of the dashboard

  2. Select the ‘Plan & Billing’ tab.

  3. Add your credit card information

  4. Click ‘Add New Card
