How to start a free trial on Dig One

Steps to creating your account

To begin your free trial, navigate to 'Create an account here' on the Dig One login page.

Enter your email and password, and agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy to create an account:

On the next page, create your Company Name and build out your profile:

Next, select your reason for using the Dig One platform. This will help us determine the best resources to provide you!

Next, tell us how you heard about us!

Finally, verify your email through the link sent to your inbox. If you don't see an email from info@dig.one in your primary folder, check your junk or spam folders.

You're in! Follow the steps in our welcome tour to help you navigate the platform and find the right resources to get started.


Feature access for trial accounts

Once you have created your trial account, you will have access to Studies and Social Reports for 31 days.

With your trial access, you receive 3 free Social Reports. To get started with Social Reports, check out our help centre collection here.

Explore some sample projects already available in your account to see how our features work!

A banner will always be available on the homepage to let you know when your trial expires.

With a trial account, you can have up to 3 total seats in your account for you and your teammates. You can add/remove users through account settings. Learn more about adding users to your account through here.

To run a Study or Social Report, you will need to add a payment method. Navigate to account settings, and add your payment method in the 'Plan & Billing' tab.

Once your trial expires, you will no longer have access to the platform unless you upgrade to a license.


Upgrading to a license

To upgrade to a license and get access to all our features and more seats to the platform, use the 'Upgrade' button in the homepage to contact our sales team and find the right license package for you!
