What is an assisted study?

If you are new to Upsiide, need a hand with set-up, or want the input of an Upsiide expert, you might be interested in requesting an assisted study. If you're already an Upsiide pro but lack the time to set up studies, we're happy to take on those tasks on your behalf! We can even help out with audiences that could not typically be fielded in Audience Marketplace, such as teen (<18 years old) audiences or countries that are not currently available in-platform.

A member of the Upsiide Enablement team will work with you to understand your study and research goals. Then, we will build out the study for you using your desired parameters and inputs. When the study is finalized and ready to launch, we will handle launch and fielding. Once the study is complete, we will walk through the results with you using the Upsiide Dashboard so that you can maximize the insights you get from your research. We can also provide custom dashboard filters to help review results.

How do I request an assisted study?

First, reach out to tccc@upsiide.com with the following information:

  • The type of audience you need:

    • Category (e.g. juice, Colas, dairy)

    • Age range(s)

    • Any particular subgroups of interest

    • Any additional audience criteria

  • The countries you want to test in

  • Any particular timelines you have that we should be aware of

  • KPIs or other key questions you need answered

  • The formatting you anticipate for your ideas:

    • Single text description only

    • Single text description and image

    • Title and text description

    • Title, text description, and image

A member of the Upsiide team will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day. We will then follow up with a quote for the research and more details about how to submit your stimuli to us. We may request a meeting if additional information is needed or if the work is highly custom. The quote you receive will include standard timelines for each step of the process.
