How to navigate your OneCliq results

Accessing Your OneCliq Report

From your Projects Dashboard, Navigate to your report.

  • ​You can filter your projects based on project type- Upsiide Survey or OneCliq Social Search.

  • You can filter your reports by report status (Generating, Complete, Needs Review)

  • You can easily search your Report using the smart search tool at the top of your Projects dashboard.


What’s in Your Report

Your OneCliq report contains a range of insights and tools to help you understand your topic.

Summary of Findings

  • A high-level overview of key results.

From within your summary, in-text citations are provided. Hovering over in-text citations will display real comments and posts from the data collected, which you can click through to further investigate your report findings.

Examples of Online Conversations

  • Real examples of the source material used to generate insights.

Key Findings & Statistics

  • Data points and highlights based on the content collected.

Interactive Trend Charts

  • Trends visualized for:

    • Topic

    • Emotion

    • Sentiment

    • Sentiment by topic

Additional Questions to Consider

  • Suggested follow-up questions with supporting materials and examples from the original sources.


Using Additional Reporting Tools

From the header section in the top right corner of your report, you can:

  • Select Sources to view the platforms and posts that informed the report. Click any link to view the original post.

  • Select Report Details. This will open a modal that displays:

    • Your original query

    • The sources used, including the number of posts and comments processed from each source

    • The search type

    • The search time frame

    • Keywords used for the search

    From here, you can also modify and rerun your query.

Within your report, you can switch chart types between bar and line graphs for your visualizations.
